Our new Chapter President...Jay ArreraI am inspired by the teams that I work with both professionally and socially. Never before has the need to gather and maintain a professional community of Project Management professionals been more needed. In Government work, we are redesigning processes and delivering critical services to those in need. In Academics, we are finding new ways to facilitate education and deliver tools for fostering collaboration. In Sciences, we are literally working on preventing and curing disease and exploring space. In the Private sector, we are finding new ways to drive innovation and production, despite all traditional facilities and supply chains being disrupted. I look forward to this opportunity and couldn't be more excited about leading this chapter forward while following the great example of our past president, Kevin Hollinger! Jay You can find information and register for our chapter and branch events on the chapter website. Here's a list of upcoming events:

For more information and/or to volunteer, contact Mark Davis at mark@openeugene.org. PMI 2021 MegatrendsFraught with uncertainty, 2020 was a year that tested even the most exceptional organizations. Severe socioeconomic and technological shockwaves that were impossible to escape. To deepen project leaders’ understanding of the major developments reshaping our world, PMI has identified five megatrends, which all share a common thread: they are exacerbating the endemic exclusion, disruption, and discontent that have crept into our society.
