Position Summary

Provides high-level project management and administration for multiple externally funded, 
large or complex research projects within CEOAS. The Research Program Coordinator will assist PI’s
and research project teams with effective operation of all project activities.
The Research Program Coordinator directs and assists the project leadership and technical team
in the areas of contract management, support of research needs and to achieve programmatic outcomes.

Directs and coordinates internal and external project reviews and reports, managing project document
hierarchy and archiving, and assisting with organization of outreach activities.

Serves as a liaison with faculty, the program technical team, staff, students and the general public.

Develops correspondence, reports, memoranda, and minutes that translate project outcomes into communication
and manages larger group-meeting logistics, both on and off-site.

The Research Program Coordinator manages activities in order to handle the critical issues dealt with both in the presence and
absence of the team leads and for the project team (including faculty, subcontractors, technical advisors,
and other staff).
