EVM – A review of Earned Value and a Practical Application of Project Use
Help kick off 2020 with our first lunch speaker! Jon Lazarus will join us to discuss a technical aspect of our discipline: Earned Value Management.
The PMBOK has a page dedicated to formulas for EVM. Have you ever used them all during a project? Have you documented how the project changed and compared the EVM values? If not, you are not alone. Jon will present a short review of EVM formulas and a 5-year long project which used EVM as a tracking tool.
