Chapter Volunteer Opportunities
Youth and Social Impact LiaisonAs the YSIC in your local PMI chapter, the focus is to lead, manage, organize and collect outreach data from the chapter. The focus is on using leadership skills to develop and oversee all local chapter programming, focusing on youth (ages 5–35) and social impact. • The YSIC will partner with PMI staff and other volunteers to provide updates on programs, reports and, at times, serve as a guest speaker during monthly global YSIC virtual training.
PresidentResponsible for oversight of the chapter and board. Directs, has an overview of and coordinates the activities of the other board members.VP FinanceResponsible for managing financial operations, maintaining and presenting financial records required for chapter operations.VP MembershipResponsible for addressing the needs of chapter membership including recruitment, retention and associated value delivery.VP CommunicationsResponsible for strategic management and coordination of communication channels which includes marketing social media and publications.VP TechnologyResponsible for all aspects of chapter technology including acquisition, or tech, support/maintenance of tech, data analytics and other tech related responsibilities.VP OutreachResponsible for outreach to form sustainable partnerships to yield mutual benefits for students, rising leaders, business and corporate, military and social impact. |

Speakers for our Chapter's Events
Our PMI Chapter welcomes proposals from passionate speakers interested in sharing their experiences, knowledge and expertise on such topics as general business and strategy, leadership, project management, and technical or industry-specific specialties. Our Professional Development events provide professional development units (PDUs) of educational information necessary for those attendees maintaining certification designations. Speakers are also eligible to claim PDUs for their creation and delivery of the presentation material.
PMI Global Volunteer Opportunities
Make your mark on our PMI Chapter and the profession. As a member, you can volunteer to work on and to lead activities that advance the profession and support the chapter business operations by joining our chapter volunteer community. All volunteer openings are managed by the PMI Volunteer Relationship Management System (VRMS). This system includes the ability to search for opportunities, view details about each role and apply online.
