Co-Project Manager

Overall project management for the PDC, working with OPMAB

Track Managers

Managing each track of the conference topic including speaker selection and management

Budget and Finance Lead

Assisting PM to set budget, process registration, make payments, and other finance related duties

Sponsorship Lead

Engaging and managing sponsors

 Marketing and Communications Lead

Managing marketing efforts

Registration Lead

Manage online and on-site registrations

Logistics Lead

Assisting PM in selecting and managing venue, catering, exhibition booths, conference printed materials, Audio visual and IT equipment, Crisis management etc.

Conference Closing

Collecting attendee feedback and survey; post-conference follow up; Volunteer recognition; Reporting PDUs
