The PMI Willamette Valley Annual Chapter Meeting is our time to gather as a chapter, share important updates, and look ahead together. We are pairing the required business meeting with a day built to deliver real value through professional development, PDU opportunities, and connections with fellow members. This event is designed to give you a stronger, more engaging experience while showing appreciation for the time and talent you bring to the chapter.

Who is this event for?
This event is for current PMI members, project management professionals, and anyone interested in connecting with the PMI community.

Can I bring anyone with me?
Registration is required for all attendees. If you would like to bring a colleague or guest, they will need to register in advance.

What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes access to all sessions, the Annual Chapter Meeting, lunch, refreshments, and the evening networking reception with hors d’oeuvres.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. When you register, please note any dietary needs and we will work with the venue to accommodate them.

Will any spaces be available the day of? What is the cut-off for RSVPs?
We strongly encourage advance registration. While same-day registration may be available if space allows, the RSVP cut-off for guaranteed meals and materials is October 10th, 2025.

Will the event be accessible for those with mobility, hearing, or vision aids?
Yes. The venue is ADA-compliant, and we are committed to ensuring accessibility. Please contact us in advance if you have specific needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What are we doing?
The day will include speaker-led sessions, an interactive Annual Chapter Meeting, networking opportunities, and a volunteer appreciation celebration. You’ll also have the chance to earn PDUs.

What if I can’t stay the whole time? Will I still earn PDUs for the portion I attend?
Yes. You can claim PDUs for the sessions you attend. Please make sure to track your attendance accordingly.

I’m coming from out of town, what are my options for staying overnight?
We have secured a group discount at The Grand Hotel in Salem for conference attendees. If you would like to take advantage of this rate, please contact us at [email protected] for booking details.

Something has come up, can I cancel my RSVP?
Yes. If you let us know in advance that you can no longer attend, we’ll issue you a refund. No-shows on the day of the event are not eligible for a refund.

Can I join the sessions virtually?
This is planned as an in-person event. At this time, virtual participation will not be offered.

Will content from the 2025 Membership Meeting be available after the event?
Yes. Key highlights and materials from the Annual Chapter Meeting will be shared with members following the event.
